本研究應用靈敏度高、特異性好的原位pcr技術，測定福爾馬林固定不同時間的石蠟切片組織mn血型的基因型，並對蛋白酶消化時間等主要影響因素進行了初步的研究，以建立一種穩定、實用的檢測石蠟組織切片dna遺傳標記的方法，為法醫物證鑒定和個人識別提供一種新的檢測手段。
