Objective to discuss the causes, characteristics, operation methods and postprocessing of infectious endophthalmitis following filtering bleb leaking, and to improve the cognition and treatment achievement ratio about this disease
摘要目的探討抗青光眼術后濾過泡漏致感染性眼內炎的原因、臨床特點、手術方式及術后處理，以期提高其救治成功率。Conclusions vitrectomy combined with filtering bleb repairing with donated sclera, covering with self conjunctiva, intraocular injection with antibiotics and corticosteroid and ciliary body photo - coagulation are effective methods for infectious endophthalmitis following filtering bleb leaking after glaucomafiltering surgery
結論玻璃體切除聯合異體板層鞏膜移植修補、自體結膜瓣遮蓋、眼內注藥及睫狀體光凝是治療濾過泡漏感染性眼內炎的有效方法。
