對于外判律師的表現，本局擬要求律師就該項計劃注冊，並制訂注冊條件，列明其中包括對表現不理想的可能個案的處理程序及本局針對表現不理想個案採取措施的權力，包括在一段固定期間內中止律師在律師名冊內的注冊資格將律師自該名冊中除名將有關事項移交相關專業機構調查發出警告使有關律師注意其不理想表現，以及調整應付該律師的費用以抵銷本局指派其他律師進行補救工作所產生的任何額外開支。
