本文首先將闡述逆向工程的基本概念，分析車身逆向工程的基本原理以及車身逆向工程中三坐標測量技術與原理，車身表面三維數學曲面模型建立的理論基礎，其次介紹車身外形曲面光順方法，以及車身逆向工程中點數據處理技術及曲線曲面重建技術，最後結合福田重卡車身逆向開發，重點闡述車身逆向工程技術的應用與流程。
