本文從分析信息素質的內涵著手，探討了當前我國基礎教育中信息素質教育方面存在的問題，並有針對性地提出了四點看法：保證教育設施及資源的均衡建設和充分利用；通過多種途徑提高教師的信息素質；促進信息技術教育與其它課程的整合，培養學生良好的信息素質；完善信息素質教育體系。
