    本文結合交通部重科技項目「港起重機鋼絲繩傳動件的高性能技術研究」 ,針對當前鋼絲繩電磁檢技術中所存在的問題,以鐵磁學為理論基礎,以驗和現代數字信號處理技術為手段,對鋼絲繩漏磁信號的應力效應、鋼絲繩疲勞損傷歷程中的漏磁信號變化規律做了深的研究,對鋼絲繩缺陷信號的特徵參數和缺陷的定量描述指標做了詳細的分析,提出了一種局部缺陷的定量逼近方法。

    通過定改進瀝青的軟化、運動粘度和針度等指標參數來比較不同的添加劑及不同的添加條件對瀝青封性能的影響。本論文的主要研究結果為:系統了多種瀝青樣品的組成、軟化、運動粘度、針度;對市售瀝青分別添加聚四氟乙烯乳液、有機硅樹脂和尼龍66進行改進,制備了改進產品;對改進瀝青的組成、軟化、運動粘度、針度進行了和比較;使用改進瀝青組裝成電池並對電池進行恆電流放電、短路電流和電池漏氣、漏液性能的;對瀝青改進的原理進行了分析和討論。實驗結果表明:在瀝青中添加尼龍66和聚四氟乙烯乳液對瀝青的封性能有明顯的提高;通過對工藝條件的不斷改進,目前的工藝條件已完全可以用於實際生產操作;以添加尼龍66改進的瀝青為封劑組裝成的電池完全滿足堿錳電池生產的需要,且電池電容量、短路電流等指標均達到gb t7112標準要求;本文提出的改進方案,通過驗證是一種效果好、實用性強的方法。
