本文結合交通部重點科技項目「港口起重機鋼絲繩傳動件的高性能技術研究」 ，針對當前鋼絲繩電磁檢測技術中所存在的問題，以鐵磁學為理論基礎，以試驗和現代數字信號處理技術為手段，對鋼絲繩漏磁信號的應力效應、鋼絲繩疲勞損傷歷程中的漏磁信號變化規律做了深入的研究，對鋼絲繩缺陷信號的特徵參數和缺陷的定量描述指標做了詳細的分析，提出了一種局部缺陷的定量逼近方法。
