本文的研究工作主要包括以下幾個方面：針對gvfsnake演算法提取腦輪廓時不能很好的收斂于光滑性差的腦輪廓的問題，對gvfsnake演算法進行了改進，構建了一動態變化矢量場，把gvf場的約束權值設為隨目標特徵自適應變化，從而提出了一種新的演算法，稱之為agvf （ adaptablegradientvectorflow ） snake 。
