本文共分三部分，第一部分主要在認真吸取現有理論成果的基礎之上，經過分析和調查研究闡明了信用的內涵及其含義的演變，以及在今天生活中的應用，突出主體信用素質在現代社會的重要性，在此基礎之上比較科學地界定了信用素質的內涵，歸納信用素質的特點，即客觀性和主觀性、鮮明的時代性和可塑性三大特點。第二部分比較深入的分析了培養大學生信用素質對于促進現代社會的健康發展、信用道德風尚的建設、凈化教育環境和學術環境等具有的巨大價值，以及對培養合格人才具有非常重要的意義。The article ' s main content is divided into four parts : ( 1 ) from the view of collective action among states, we distinguish three kind of international relations, and indicate that the hard nut to govern the international order is a social dilemma, and put forward a analytical conception of international governance ; ( 2 ) after analyzing the west logic of governing international order and its evolution process, we point out the unreasonableness and the difficulty to put the logic in practice ; ( 3 ) from the problem wether social dilemma can be solved or not, together with the sociological analysis of the " dual structure ", we explain the possibility of international governance to resolve social dilemma, realise the transformation of governance and the plasticity of international order ; ( 4 ) from the " perception " of international order, we analyze the historical change of china " s traditional view of " he - he " order and the establishment of the idea of multipolarization, and illuminate the organizing pattern of collective action in the idea, based on which we define the orientation of china " strategy of multipolarization and analyze the strategical choice to utilize and promote the multipolarization
文章的主體分為四個部分： （ 1 ）從國家間集體行動的視角出發，區分三類國際關系，揭示國際秩序的治理難題是社會困境，並給出一個國際治理的分析性概念； （ 2 ）分析了西方主導的國際秩序的治理邏輯及其演變過程，指出其內在的不合理性及其實施治理的困難所在； （ 3 ）從社會困境能否消解的問題出發，結合社會學「雙重結構」的分析，解釋了國際治理消除社會困境、實現治理轉型和國際秩序可塑性的可能性； （ 4 ）從國際秩序的「認知」角度，分析了中國傳統的和合秩序觀的歷史演變及多極化理念的確立，揭示出這一理念所內含的集體行動組織方式，即「和合邏輯」的治理架構，在此基礎上明確了中國多極化戰略的定位，並對中國如何利用和促進多極化進行了策略選擇的分析。Systemic numerical tests are made first, to study the parameter sensitivity of cohesion and friction angle and other elastic parameters to the convergence in tunnel. some comprehensive parameter sensitivity laws have been draw thought these numerical tests. the method of emulating back analysis is illustrated secondly, in detail by tracing the excavation and supporting conditions by the special numerical modeling rested in final program

（ 3 ）通過ado 、 odbc技術實現web服務器與塑料模具材料數據庫系統的連接，從而保證了塑料模具材料數據庫系統和各終端之間信息的雙向傳遞； （ 4 ）在服務器端利用asp技術建立塑料模具材料遠程選擇優化專家系統交互界面，通過標準數據庫查詢語言，客戶能對數據庫中的塑料模具材料信息進行查詢（程序文件列表參見附錄1 ） ；廣東丁業人學1學m學位淪義門）在服務器端利用sp技術建立用戶管理系統，接受用戶的注冊、登錄消求，為不同等級的用戶設定相應的權限（程序文件列表參見附錄1 ） ； （ 6 ）討論了進一步完善該專家系統所需做的工作，提出塑料模具選材神經網路批理的實現方案，並對其中的關鍵問題進行了討論：按照可持續發展的要求，對擴展的模具選材知識框架、滿足動忐性、歷史性、結構性、模糊性、個大根性、不硯定性等需求的跟蹤演算法進行了論證並給出計算示例。First, based on comprehension analysis of the present study status on optimizing method to displacement back analysis in underground engineering home and abroad, intelligent optimizing method, which fits the features of underground engineering, has been developed by introducing annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm and improving them. second, according to practical features of nonlinear displacement for underground engineering, the mechanical model on back analysis to initial ground stress and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock mass in underground engineering is established, which is based on the measuring results of displacement of convergence in underground holes. while, by introducing finite element method and combining improved annealing algorithm and improved genetic - annealing algorithm, the theory and method of elastic - plastic displacement back analysis to surrounding rock in underground engineering has been founded
首先，本文在綜合分析國內外地下工程優化位移反分析方法研究現狀的基礎上，引進模擬退火與遺傳演算法，並對其進行改進，建立了適合於地下工程問題特點的智能優化演算法;其次，根據地下工程非線性特點，基於地下工程洞周收斂位移量測結果，建立了用於地下工程初始地應力與圍巖力學參數反演分析的力學模型，並引進有限元分析手段，結合改進模擬退火演算法與改進遺傳-模擬退火演算法，分別建立了基於這兩種智能優化演算法的地下工程圍巖彈塑性位移反分析理論與方法，並開發了相應的分析計算程序，為地下工程圍巖穩定性與開挖順序優化分析奠定了基礎;然後，在上述基礎上，根據地下工程開挖施工順序優化設計的特點，建立了基於圍巖塑性區面積的地下工程開挖施工順序優化分析模型，基於改進模擬退火演算法與改進遺傳-模擬退火演算法建立了地下工程開挖施工順序優化分析方法，並開發了相應的分析計算程序;最後，將上述分析計算程序用於工程實例分析，探討了其應用方法，證明了該文研究成果的合理性和可靠性。分享友人
