在對長治鋼鐵公司泵站進行調研，對工業控制計算機可編程序控制器及組態王監控軟體基本性能特點進行充分分析和研究的基礎上，本文以系統分析的方法，構建了基於「組態王」的泵站監測系統框架，提出了以「組態王」為監控軟體，可編程序控制器（ plc ）採用西門子s7 ? 200系列做為下位機的泵站分散式控制系統? ? （ ipc + plc系統）方案。
