    研究結果如下:首先針對荒漠化地區的地特徵,對高光譜數據不同波段的數據質量、波段組合進行了評價,提出了適用於荒漠化監測的基本波段選擇集;初步了解和掌握了研究地區的地光譜特性及變異規律,進一步明確了掌握地光譜特徵和變異規律是用成像光譜儀數據提取地信息的基礎;發現了基於光譜整體形狀的分類方法在很大程度上能夠消除由於傳感器、地目標觀測方向之間的角度變化引起的反射率曲線整體平移的「同異譜」現象,對于譜形似而整體反射率的值差較大的兩類地,通過引入均值和方差像參與分類得到解決;研究還表明在植被「紅邊」范圍內的波段是進行荒漠化監測的主要特徵波段,這些波段與植被量和蓋度都有密切的關系,是開展精細植被分類研究和植被定量反演的重要基礎;像元的導數光譜分析可以消除土壤背景的影響,是進行植被量和蓋度定量反演的有力工具;建立了荒漠化監測主要評價因子的定量反演模型,並分析了模型的適用性。

Abstract : in this paper interactions of bilayer lipid membrane with clotrimazole as the antifungal agent were reported in order to interpret the action basis about the molecularbiology of this drug. using the injecting method , we prepared three bilayer lipid membranes ( blm ) respectively, and by the cyclic voltammetry method we determined properties of blm before and after adding clotrimazole into the membranes. it was found that clotrimazole could remarkably reduce the membrane resistance and demonstrated that the drug as an antifungal substance might certainly change the permeability of bilayer lipid membrane

With the acceleration of extinction of species, biodiversity conservation is extensively concerned. the extinction of species is concerned with the degree of threat by biotic and abiotic factors. so, taking action to preserve plant species is very necessary and paramount before their extinction. one of the most effective biological techniques to conserve the biodiversity is the establishment of genebanks, i. e. ex situ conservation. the elucidation of various factors that regulate seed viability and vigor in storage is essential. an ideal condition to prolong the longevity is mainly depended on seed water content, temperature, humidity and types of containers used during storage. the optimum stage of seed maturity, harvesting techniques and processing, in addition to physiological features such as degree of dormancy, also play key roles in seed storage. certainly, desiccated seeds deteriorate with time even under extremely good genebanking conditions. according to seed storage behavior, it is necessary to consider three principal factors : storage environment, storage duration and plant species which will affect seed survival under good genebanking conditions. the present review is an attempt to discuss the importance of the aforementioned aspects of seeds in detail in order to conserve plant germplasms ( especially wild rare and endangered plants ) for ex situ conservation through seed - gene bank
