本文以國產1115型單缸直噴柴油機為例，介紹一種應用噴油過程分析軟體改進噴油泵凸輪設計的方法，通過增大噴油泵凸輪升程、採用切線函數凸輪並優化預行程的方式，在不改變噴油泵安裝尺寸的前提下，可提高噴油壓力和噴油速率，改善柴油機低速工作穩定性，使噴油系統與柴油機匹配更合理。
