本文針對快速成形前處理過程中使用的stl （ stereolithography ）格式文件的信息冗餘量大，數據處理時間長，精度差，需要檢查和修改等缺點，提出了對三維cad模型直接切片的方法，並對直接切片獲得的截面輪廓線進行了處理使之能夠被后續的工控機所使用，通過對模型的直接切片，能減少數據處理時間，降低文件規模，提高工件精度。
