    本文以調製冷和壓縮機行業為研究背景,以「慶安製冷」公司為研究對象,用精細生產理的基本理論,對「慶安製冷」公司調壓縮機多品種中批量的流水線生產織模式、采購模式、庫存模式和生產理信息系統中的理現狀及存在問題進行了分析,探討了精細生產理模式在「慶安製冷」公司應用的適應性、可行性和應用條件,對比分析了公司開展精細生產理前後生產織、采購、庫存、生產理信息系統取得的成效,提出了公司的采購過程模型,零部件最優庫存控模型,並經實踐驗證有效可行。文章研究分析了公司總裝車間開展精細生產理的思路、方法和經驗,並對公司未來用精細生產理方式提出了改進建議和設想。文章得出的結論是:應用精細生產理方式是「慶安製冷」公司提升競爭力的必然選擇。
