文中首先分析了協同作戰指揮控制系統中的復雜性、動態性、實時性等特性，據此把它抽象為一種復雜的動態實時強協同協作模型dreascom ；研究了其中的群體感知和協作控制兩項關鍵技術，提出了適合於協同作戰指揮應用特性的動態層次式群體感知機制dhga和動態層次式協作控制機制dhcc ；在此基礎上設計了新一代作戰指揮控制系統平臺原型；最後開發了一個簡單的原型驗證系統，對本文所構造的協作模型以及相應機制進行了功能驗證。
