    為了取得實證研究的數據，本人參考「 genderandmaths 』 』問卷、卡特爾十六人格特質量表及業已發表、散見于書刊的學習態度、學習興趣量表等，依據認知心理學、教育心理學、數學教育心理學、創造力心理學原理編制而成問卷，內容包括創新性數學學習過程中的好奇心、求知慾、質疑精神、意志力、獨立性、自信心、探究性、自主性等的狀況，採用李克特五點量表式設計。
