摘要哺乳動物胚胎在體外培養中普遍存在早期發育阻滯的現象.對此，人們用形態學、生物化學、分子生物學、顯微操作等手段開展了磷酸、葡萄糖、次黃嘌呤和細胞質因素對早期胚胎發育阻滯的影響的研究.本文綜合分析了共培養系統的優缺點.說明了採用完全成分已知的培養液對進行有關研究的必要性.列出了有效運用於克服小鼠、大鼠、倉鼠、兔、豬、羊、牛、猴等動物早期胚胎阻滯的成分已知的培養液的名稱。
