    根據閥門cad發展趨勢,針對成都乘風閥門有限責任公司閥門設計現狀,本課題基於mdt三維設計平臺開發了閥門三維數化設計系統,主要完成的工作和成果如下:根據公司提供的幾種不同結構閥門的二維工程圖紙,利mdt三維設計平臺建立了三維數化基本圖形庫,其中包括所有零部件和總裝配模型圖及二維工程圖;依照閥門設計的一般步驟設計了數編輯器,來對閥門尺寸數進行編輯、輸入、輸出等,具有數雙向同步顯示功能,使十分靈活方便;根據的需求,為了使設計達到精確、可靠、實的要求,設計開發了輔助計算器,能自動完成閥門設計過程中所需的各種結構計算,並可以輸出閥門設計計算說明書;為了使設計人員更具有競爭力,本系統利internet intranet技術設計開發了虛擬設計中心子模塊,虛擬設計中心集成了網路會議、服務、超級鏈接等功能,可以讓設計師直接使服務器上的應程序,intranet internet上的其他設計專家進行交流、共享軟體資源,實現遠程協同設計。

    本課題的主要內容是以b s結構為基礎建立基於web數據庫的塑料模具材料遠程選擇優化專家系統,使異地能夠通過網路在客進行塑料模具材料瀏覽查詢、塑料模具材料選擇優化等操作,系統可給出符合條件的被選的主要材料的技術資料,如化學成分、熱處理工藝及性能等,以及一些被選材料在行業中實際應的良好效果等資料,並組成技術文件,以便於進行材料購買、加工和應;專業人員能夠進行相應的管理。本文重點作了下述工作: ( 1 )收集國內外塑料模具行業專家經驗知識,構造本系統的組成框架和設計方案; ( 2 )對數據進行概念結構設計,經過抽象和集成得到整體數據庫的概念結構,進而將其轉化為dbms所支持的數據模型,建立了266個數據文件並輸入了相關的數據(數據文件名稱列表見附錄2 ) 。
