摘要通過對水解酸化接觸氧化工藝處理廢紙造紙廢水及其生物相的研究，確定出表殼圓殼蟲數量越多，環境和水質越差；而游泳類纖毛蟲、線蟲、絲狀菌的出現是水質稍好的指示；暗紅色藻類和紅斑瓢體蟲是水質更好的指示；而較高等生物綠藻和輪蟲則是水質最好的指示。In this study, genetic diversity of various strains of spirulina platensis is analyzed with rapd molecular marker and antibiotics marker, the results are compared with their morphologic characters, aimed at constructing a more reasonable classification criterion and knowing more about the genetic background of spirulina. additionally, it is found that under the cultivated condition the linear filament can retransite to the normal curved one which is similar to original spiral filament
