本課題基於現代醫學模式的轉變、療養醫學和航空醫學的發展，著眼強化航空衛勤保障，維護和提高航空兵部隊戰鬥力，在對飛行人員健康療養效果系統分析基礎上，結合目前我軍飛行人員健康療養實際，進行了飛行人員健康療養效果綜合評價方法研究，提出了飛行人員健康療養效果評價指標體系（ indexsystemofeffectevaluationofaircrew ， sfurloughatsanatorium ， iseeafs ） ，建立了飛行人員健康療養效果綜合評價數學模型（ comorehensiveevaluationmodelofeffectofaircrew ， sfurloughatsanatorium ， cemeafs模型） ，並根據「工程化」建模思想，進行了實證研究，取得令人滿意的結果，實證說明該綜合評價方法具有科學性、可靠性，為飛行人員健康療養效果評價提供了科學方法。
