為了能夠對電網的運行狀況進行監測，本文提出採用dsp技術和rabbit3000模塊設計一種電力系統諧波監測儀。該諧波監測儀被安裝在檢測現場，對電網電壓和電流采樣信號進行fft等數學運算和處理，並通過數據機將處理后的數據傳送到上位機，上位機可以對數據進行存儲、顯示、查詢、匯總、列印等。監測儀與上位機以及網路構成了一套完整的諧波監測系統。
