    對179例高血壓腦出血患者,按腦出血的部位、血腫量、有無腦室積血和中結構移位,分別進行比較並發消化道出血的發生率和死率.結果表明: 179例中並發消化道出血44例( 24 . 6 % ) ,死亡37例( 20 . 7 % ) ;消化道出血發生率以腦基底節區出血並腦室積血為最高( 38 . 9 % ) ,其次依序為蛛網膜下腔、腦干、腦、小腦和局限於腦基底節區出血;並發消化道出血的死率為50 % ,無消化道出血的死率為11 . 1 % .腦出血並發消化道出血主要與出血溢入腦室、中結構移位、血腫量大等因素有關,且死率高
