    為了改善和優化聚醚碸超濾膜(單浴法)在血液過濾實際應用中的性能,本論文以j . a . van ' thof等提出的雙凝固浴法為基礎,以聚醚碸( pes )為主要成膜材料,以二甲基亞為溶劑,並添加一定分子量的致孔劑( pvp ,乙烯吡咯烷酮)以及一定分子量的添加劑( peg ,乙二醇)按照一定配比在一定溫度下製成透明均一的鑄膜液,靜置脫泡后在一定的工藝條件下製成聚醚碸平板膜和中空纖維膜,然後通過測試膜的結構和性能來評估其用於血液過濾中的前景。

    通過靜態試驗,研究了兩種截留分子量的聚醚碸酮、磺化/聚醚碸、磺化/酮等超濾膜處理堿法草漿黑液的超濾特性,結果表明:靜態接觸條件下,聚醚碸及磺化類膜受黑液組份的污染程度較輕,酮膜的污染程度最重;荷負電性較高的磺化類膜具有較好的黑液超濾特性;截留分子量2萬的超濾膜特性要優於5萬的膜。
