We also investigated the pathological changes of mouse liver, thymus and cerebrum cortex challenged by so2 inhalation by in vivo tests. we studied the apoptotic induction on mouse spleen cells and cytotoxicity of human embryo lung fibroblasts of so2 derivatives by in vitro tests. in vivo tests of sulfur dioxide inhalation showed : ( 1 ) effects on mouse lung of so2 challenge : we found no significant apoptotic changes induced by so2 inhalation but obvious pathological changes of lung with vacuolating of osmiophilic multilamellar bodies which maybe related with the decrease of surfacant and decrease of microvillus of type ii alveolar cells ; we also found thickening of part of basement lamina between type i alveolar cells and capillary endothelium cells which may inhibit the dispersion of oxygen and contribute to lung dysfunction

    方法:採用成年大鼠組織無血清培養,運用[ ~ 3h ] -膽堿摻入法測定ps主要脂質磷脂酰膽堿( pc )合成量; rt - pcr擴增檢測組織中pc合成限速酶磷酸膽堿二胞苷酰基轉移酶( cct ) mrna含量;透射電子顯鏡法觀察泡型上皮胞和ps系統超變化;免疫組織化學染色檢測glu受體nmdar1亞單位表達;生化測定組織乳酸脫氫酶( ldh )釋放量和組織勻漿中一氧化氮合酶( nos )活性、一氧化氮( no )生成量、超氧化物歧化酶( sod )水平以及丙二醛( mda )含量。
