( 2 ) the positve rate in phd with and without heart failue are 80 and 46. 3 respectively. ( 3 ) the mean values of various parameters of ipg in positive and negative dmf rheogram have no significant difference. conclusion respiratory failure and heart falure in phd are closely correlated with dmf
結果（ 1 ）肺心病伴與不伴呼衰組膈肌疲勞圖形陽性率分別為75與21 . 9 ； （ 2 ）肺心病伴與不伴心衰組膈肌疲勞圖形陽性率分別為80與46 . 3 ； （ 3 ）膈肌疲勞陽性組與陰性組肺阻抗圖各參數均值無顯著性差異。
