方法：基因工程p24抗原免疫小鼠4次，歷時2個月，取脾細胞與骨髓瘤細胞株sp2 0 ，用peg融合， hat選擇培養和間接elisa篩選分泌抗p24抗體陽性的雜交瘤細胞，三次克隆化后得穩定分泌抗p24抗體的雜交瘤細胞株。
