    本文在初步調查分析了棕櫚科在我國的自然分佈、引馴化情況以及該類在廈門地區栽培應用狀況的基礎上,首次採用rapd分子標記技術,對廈門萬石園引的一些棕櫚科的遺傳多樣性進行了研究,根據pcr對基因組dna擴的結果,用nei ' s相似性系數計算了不同間的遺傳距離和遺傳一度,通過對遺傳距離的upgma聚類分析,並結合形態分類的特點,對棕櫚科的屬、間的系統分類關系和一些疑難的分類鑒定進行了初步研究。
