  1. Nevertheless, when the destruction, loss, damage or delay of a part of the checked baggage or cargo, or of an object contained therein, affects the value of other packages covered by the same baggage check or the same air waybill, the total weight of such package or packages shall also be taken into consideration in determining the limit of liability of the carrier

  2. The shipper shall indemnify the carrier against all damage suffered by him, or by any other person to whom the carrier is liable, by reason of the irregularity, incorrectness or incompleteness of the particulars and statements inserted in the air waybill

    因航空貨運單上所填的說明和聲明不符合規定、不正確或者不完全，給承運人或者承運人對之負責的其他人造成損失的，托運人應當承擔賠償責任。
  3. If the carrier obeys the orders of the shipper for the disposition of the cargo without requiring the production of the part of the air waybill delivered to the latter, he will be liable, without prejudice to his right of recovery from the shipper, for any damage which may be caused thereby to any person who is lawfully in possession of that part of the air waybill

    承運人按照托運人的指示處理貨物，沒有要求托運人出示其所收執的航空貨運單，給該航空貨運單的合法持有人造成損失的，承運人應當承擔責任，但是不妨礙承運人向托運人追償。
  4. If, at the request of the shipper, the carrier makes out the air waybill, he shall be deemed, subject to proof to the contrary, to have done so on behalf of the shipper

    承運人根據托運人的請求填寫航空貨運單的，在沒有相反證據的情況下，應當視為代托運人填寫。
  5. Article 114 the air waybill shall be made out by the shipper in three original parts and be handed over to the carrier with the cargo

    除經過承運人和托運人當面查對並在航空貨運單上註明經過查對或者書寫關于貨物的外表情況的說明外，航空貨運單上關于貨物的數量、體積和情況的說明不能構成不利於承運人的證據。
