摘要以芽孢桿菌菌株25 - 6 、 25 - 9為材料，研究了通過接種芽孢桿菌提高甘薯對蔓割病保護酶系統的啟動機制。The results were as follows : for the sweet potato leaves treated with baccillus spp. inoculation, the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were both significantly higher than those of the control, which decreased with the increase of fusarium oxysporum f. sp. batatas content ; the mda content decreased, thus the metabolism of the plant active oxygen protective enzyme system increased ; whereas the metabolism level of active oxygen protective enzyme system decreased
結果表明：接種芽孢桿菌菌株后，甘薯蔓割病病原菌含量下降，同時甘薯葉片的mda含量也降低，植株的活性氧保護酶系統代謝水平提高；但處理組的甘薯葉片活性氧保護酶系統代謝水平下降。This suggested that inoculating bacillus spp. could increase sweet potato ' s resistance to fusarium oxysporum f. sp. batatas
