然而，本人最近接獲投訴，指部分位於偏遠地區的屋苑，例如葵涌月海灣、青衣藍澄灣及荃灣寶雲匯等，公共交通服務嚴重不足，故此需要開辦居民巴士服務，接載屋苑居民往返地鐵站及屋苑，但開辦有關服務的申請卻屢遭政府拒絕，為該等屋苑的居民帶來不便。分享友人
