研究結果表明： （ 1 ）篩選藍豬耳轉化芽的最適卡那黴素濃度為400mg l 。 od _ （ 600 ）為0 . 1的菌液濃度菌液浸染葉盤10 20min ，固體共培養基（含20 mol l乙酰丁香酮）上23共培養7 8d可獲得理想的轉化效率，轉化芽誘導率為27 . 2 ； 16h光照， 8h黑暗是較理想的共培養光周期；莖段是較好的轉化受體。
