從漸開線蝸輪蝸桿傳動的嚙合效率和潤滑條件兩個方面對不同傳動比的漸開線圓柱蝸桿的傳動效率進行理論分析，並通過傳動比分別為1 / 50和6 / 31的漸開線圓柱蝸桿設計參數得到蝸桿潤滑條件的理論分析結果和蝸桿嚙合效率、傳動效率的變化趨勢，同時利用電測法對蝸桿傳動的傳動效率、潤滑油平衡溫度進行測試，將測試數據與理論計算結果進行對比分析，得出理論分析結果的正確性。Based on the tribology theory, the experiment method of the scuffing load capacity of worm gear oil was studied in this paper by means of the large number of groping evaluation experiments, and based on the test results of worm gear drive lubricated by 15 types oils and the surface analysis of worm gear after the experiments, the effect of oils and additives on anti - scuffing load capacity of worm gear pair was studied. the results show that the experimental method of the scuffing load capacity of worm gear oil has a good repeatability and distinguishability
本文運用摩擦學理論，通過進行大量的臺架評定探索性試驗，研究開發出蝸輪蝸桿油膠合承載能力臺架評定試驗方法，並在此基礎上進行15種不同配方的蝸輪蝸桿油的膠合承載能力臺架評定試驗和試驗后蝸輪齒面的表面能譜分析，以考察潤滑油、添加劑對蝸桿傳動膠合承載能力的影響結果。
