文摘:基於三段矯直曲線應變速率的假設，通過計算三段矯直曲線的精確解，驗證了使用小變形條件的正確性;考慮高溫鑄坯蠕變性能，對鑄坯的力學行為進行了分析，得出了使用三段矯直曲線方法，鑄坯應變速率、應力及應變在矯直區內變化較為平緩，可有效避免鑄坯內裂紋的形成;使用本文三段矯直曲線精確解，調整輥列位置，可進行連鑄機的在線技術改造。
