    本論文建立在已有的港口裝卸機械管理的研究基礎之上，進一步提出了以可靠性為基礎的港口裝卸機械的管理思想，已有的研究表明，港口機械設備破壞主要由於兩個原因，第一是穩定性問題，特別是構件的局部穩定性，所謂穩定性是指：在板的平面內，板受到平行於板面的壓力作用，使板發生隆起、內陷等凹凸不平的結果，從而使板受載能力減弱；第二是結構出現疲勞裂紋及其擴展，這是由於設備長時期運行，而造成設備某些部位出現裂紋並得以擴展，使設備承載能力下降。
