    本次論文以黑龍江省大慶市為研究對象,基於感和gis平臺,提取了1979年、 1990年、 2001年區域土地利用/土地覆蓋,分析了研究區三個時期的土地利用/土地覆蓋特徵,利用單一土地利用動態、綜合土地利用動態、土地利用相對變化率等參模型從土地資源量、土地利用程及土地利用區域差異等方面,探討了不同時期區域土地利用/覆蓋演化的特點,並從自然因素和人文因素兩個探討了區域lucc驅動力,最後利用馬爾科夫鏈模型對區域土地利用格局的發展趨勢進行了預研究,提出了區域土地利用可持續發展的重點,為轉型時期的大慶市土地利用決策提供參考。
