本文從改善深松鏟受力狀況、優化其結構參數以更好的滿足深松要求入手，利用計算機輔助設計（ autocad ）技術繪制深松鏟的結構圖形以利於其分析和設計，並通過對現存深松鏟的結構和受力分析，建立了深松鏟工作狀態的受力數學模型，找出了影響深松鏟受力的各個因素，不僅對深松鏟的優化有著重大的意義，而且可以得到更加精確的數值和參數，並減少了必須生產出樣機進行試驗、修正等煩瑣的過程，大大節省了時間，節約了資源，提高了生產效率。
