  1. In recent years, the water - saving and control irrigation technique of rice has diverted from plot experimental and demonstration to lare scale. and has got remarkable economic and social benefits. amed at the characteristics of this irrigation area, optimal selection for water - saving techniques of rice, deciding the amout of leaching water and irrigation modles, investigating the adaptability of the water - saving and control irrigation technique in saline land. studying the increase in production mechanism of the technique are important to extend the technique, to better and develop saline land as well as slick spots. according to the results of field experiments, optimization study was conducted on the water - saving irrigation technique of rice in saline land, the effects of different water - saving irrigation techniques on the physiological indexes and yield of rice were systematically analyzed. by using mutiplepurpose fuzzy optimization method, better. water - saving irrigation technique was selector out, that is. the control irrigation technique in rice. the mechanism of it was analyzed from the aspect of the physiological and ecological saving water of rice to provide the implemental process and technical point ; throgh the quantitive analysis and comparision on control irrigation and control class ( flood irrigation ), high production and quality mechanism of the technique was analyzed in terms of physiology indexes of rice, the variation of soil moisture, the pest resistance and the lodge resistance, the change of soil temperature in paddy fields. the yield constitutive factors, the quality of rice and so on. in saline land. control irrigation and intermittent leaching modles were adopted to validate the adaptability of the technique in irrigation of rice in saline land, to analyze rice ' s physiological - ecological indexes and the change of soil salt content under the conditions of control irrigation leaching of rice and and to provide control irrigation and combined modle of intermittent leaching to adapt to different conditions

    本文從試驗及試驗資料入手,取得以下主要成果和結論:對鹽堿地水稻節水灌溉技術進行優化研究,系統地分析了不同節水灌溉技術對水稻生理指標及產的影響,採用了多目標模糊優化的方法,對灌水技術進行綜合評判,優選了節水灌溉技術,論證該地區宜採用水稻控制灌溉技術;闡述控灌技術通過調節和控制水稻的需水規,降低水稻高產情況下的無消耗,從水稻生理、生態節水兩方面分析了控灌技術節水機理,針對性地總結出水稻各生育期實施節水控灌技術的步驟及技術要點;通過控灌與淹灌的對照比較,從根系、莖蘗、冠層葉片及綠葉動態到株高,土壤水分變化,抗病蟲害、抗倒伏能力,稻田土溫變化,產構成因素及稻米品等諸多方面進行動態比較,分析控灌技術高產優機理;在鹽堿稻地採用控制灌溉+間歇淋洗模式,跟蹤測試田間水鹽變化狀況,驗證控制灌溉技術在鹽堿地區水稻灌溉中用的適性,通過分析水稻控制灌溉淋洗條件下水稻生理生態指標,提出優化控制灌溉+間歇淋洗組合模式,為進一步在高礦化度地區試驗水稻控灌技術奠基礎。

    在此基礎上,筆者對我國法賦予審判委員會實意義上的裁判權的規進行了評析,認為,審判委員會行使裁判權,雖然有其存在的歷史原因,但在現在已經是弊大於利,它不利於司法公正,不利於保證案件,不利於提高訴訟率,不利於提高訴訟益,不利於審判委員會其他職能的正常發揮,不利於提高法官素,理論界和實務界提出的種種保留審判委員會的裁判權的主張,並不能克服審判委員會行使裁判權的弊端,因此,當取消審判委員會的裁判權(不是廢除審判委員會) ,法的裁判者只能是負責個案審判的法官和人民陪審員。

Firstly, the paper retrospects the development of eso and tries to probe into the theoretical field : the explanation of it ' s definition, the conclusion of it ' s characters, the comparison of eso and other stock inspiration system, followed by the analysis of it ' s theoretical basis and incentive effect ; meanwhile, the paper probes into the realistic situations of eso in usa and china in order to seek the regulation and draw the advantages and disadvantages ; to this part, the paper takes the following four items as the main barriers to eso ' s implementation in china : the over restriction of current law system, the low efficiency of the market, the poor corporate governance structure and a lack of a reasonable performance index system, and elaborately analyze the impacts of the obstacles on eso ; after the analysis made above, the paper gets down to taking some methods to solve the problems in accordance with the characteristic of the barriers. as far as the internal defects of the mechanism are concerned, the paper begins with the scientifically design of the key components, studying the aspects of bestowal, change, loss, the executive method and the executive time. then the paper focuses on designing a performance index system which is an essential part of eso, introducing the bsc to improve the present performance index system, under the reasonable guidelines resigning it at both the levels of company ' s and employee ' s levels. finally, as regards how to perfect the outside surrounding of eso, the thesis makes some suggestion

    本文首先回顧了股票期權制在國內外的發展及較為詳盡的分析了股票期權制度的相關理論:闡述了其涵義,特徵,理論基礎,激勵並於其他幾個較易混淆的股權激勵機製作逐一的比較,以進一步澄清人們對其的錯誤認識;同時,對股票期權制在美國和我國的現狀進行深入的實證研究,探求其內在規,在肯其成果時指出其不足;至此,筆者認為,我國上市公司要推行股票期權制度將主要面臨以下四類障礙:公司治理結構不完善、市場有性差、現行法規體系不完善及缺乏客觀的業績考評指標體系,並詳細分析了各類障礙的現狀及對股票期權制的負面影響;在此基礎上,針對各類障礙的不同性,著手探討消除這些障礙的措施:對于股票期權制內部的缺陷,本文先對各個關鍵要素進行科學設計,系統的剖析了贈與、變更、喪失、執行方式、股票來源等技術性問題,再以大篇幅研究了如何構建出一套與實施股票期權制相配套的業績考核指標體系,引進平衡計分卡的思想對國內現有的指標體系加以改進,以一組合理的評價原則為指導,從公司及員工個人業績考評兩個層面上來設計該指標體系。
