本文首先利用ncep時間間隔為6小時的1 1的格點資料、更全面、更為完整的常規探測資料和高原地區布設的自動氣象站資料、新一代多卜勒天氣雷達資料、衛星雲圖資料等對高原東北部地區大到暴雨的天氣、氣候特徵及大尺度環流背景進行分析，形成對高原暴雨的整體認識，並為以後的數值模擬提供大尺度環流背景及依據，分析中發現： 1 、高原東北部地區大到暴雨的分佈明顯受到地形影響，年降水量和大到暴雨次數自東向西呈階梯性遞減趨勢，分別在高原東北部的外流河谷地區和四川北部地區存在大值中心。Firstly, the characteristics and the pivotal technologies are expounded, the status quo and the direction are studied, the performance of the atp system is analyzed, the configuration, the theory and the process of employment of the optical intersatellite communications atp system are presented detailedly, some pivotal parameters are analyzed, the pivotal technologies of the optical intersatellite communications atp system are put forward
