    本研究利用生毒理學技術研究了不同濃度二氧硫吸入( 22 2mg m ~ 3 , 64 3mg m ~ 3 , 148 23mg m ~ 3 )對純系昆明小鼠腦、肺、心、肝、腎、脾六種組織的谷胱甘肽還原酶( glutathionereductase , gred ) 、谷胱甘肽硫酶( glutathiones - transferase , gst )和葡萄糖- 6 -磷酸脫酶( glucose6 - phosphmedehydrogenase , g6pd )活性的影響,結果表明so _ 2吸入使小鼠不同組織的谷胱甘肽氧還原系統發生了改變,表現為隨著so _ 2吸入濃度的增加,該系統中的抗氧酶活性的顯著變和抗氧物質水平的顯著降低,且存在著組織差異性。

    方法:採用成年大鼠肺組織無血清培養,運用[ ~ 3h ] -膽堿摻入法測定ps主要脂質磷脂酰膽堿( pc )合成量; rt - pcr擴增檢測肺組織中pc合成限速酶磷酸膽堿二胞苷酰基酶( cct ) mrna含量;透射電子顯微鏡法觀察肺泡型上皮細胞和ps系統超微結構的變;免疫組織學染色檢測glu的受體nmdar1亞單位的表達;生測定肺組織乳酸脫酶( ldh )釋放量和肺組織勻漿中一氧氮合酶( nos )活性、一氧氮( no )生成量、超氧物歧酶( sod )水平以及丙二醛( mda )含量。
