利用ansys有限元程序對翅片管換熱器的換熱過程進行數值模擬，確定了換熱過程中翅片管的溫度場和熱流量梯度分佈狀況，對翅片管換熱器的多組分流場進行計算，給出了逆流和順流兩種情形下翅片管結構參數對換熱效果的影響規律，並利用ansys提供的優化技術編寫程序對翅片管進行結構優化設計，為其今後在工業中的設計及使用提供了重要依據。
