    針對當前黑土利用現狀,本文借鑒眾多學者的研究方法和觀點,在吉林農大黑土區選擇利用方式不同的玉米地、休閑地、果園、草地,在玉米區進行了不同數量的施肥,通野外試驗,採集一年自然降雨產流及泥沙樣品,同時採集降雨前後的耕層土壤樣品,研究了黑土區地表徑流對氮磷養分特徵及肥力退化的影響,結果表明:土壤侵蝕和氮磷的流失受諸多素的影響,降雨量、降雨強是重要,而降雨強是影響農田地表徑流養分流失的最重要的氣象,特別是暴雨,暴雨徑流中氮磷濃較平時高得多;隨作物生,覆蓋逐漸加以及不同利用方式下表現的覆蓋差異,氮磷流失都表現為顯著的差異。

    本論文主要論述了在espd - u裝置上,採用電迴旋共振等離強mocvd ( ecr - pamocvd )方法,在藍寶石襯底上通s - k模式自組裝生gan aln量點結構的生工藝、結果及討論。而重點分析了自組裝生點之前的aln外延層生工藝,包括襯底清洗、氮化、緩沖層的生和gan 、 aln外延層的生;通高能電衍射、 x射線衍射和原力顯微鏡測試,並且對這些測試結果進行了詳細的比較研究,得出了較優化的工藝條件,生出了晶質較好、表面較平整的aln外延層;進而採用s - k模式自組裝生了gan aln量點結構。由於實驗裝置加熱爐溫的限制,我們沒有能夠生出原級平滑的aln外延層表面,而沒能夠生出密比較大和直徑比較小的量點。
