筆者從文化、法律文化、法律文化的沖突與變遷以及經濟法制度的法律文化土壤的思路進行研究，在理論分析的基礎上，基於經濟法形成與發展的特定背景與現實，闡釋經濟法以社會本位為價值取向、以權利與權力均衡為主旨、以平衡協調為內核、以人為終極關懷的內涵;經濟法文化的路徑考察由經濟法文化演進與國家角色的變遷、經濟法嬗變中的平衡協調精神、經濟法文化孕育中的社會本位思潮、經濟法文化熏陶下的經濟法制度催生四個層面展開;經濟法文化的特性表現為現代性和民族性，經濟法文化與現代法治文明的關聯涵蓋兩個方面，挖掘發揚傳統法文化中的合理因素、警惕傳統法文化中不合理因素的侵蝕;由於中西經濟法文化的產生與發展存在一定的差異，西方經濟法文化的發展表現為權利文化向權力文化的過渡轉型，筆者以德國和美國經濟法發展的歷史性回顧與反思進行實證考察並結合西方的法社會學思潮研究與西方經濟法文化的內在聯系，同時圍繞東方經濟法文化進行探析，其表現形式是儒家文化，發展的過程表現為權力文化向權利文化的轉移，其中中庸文化是中國經濟法文化的底蘊。Adopt raduce shock structure low noise, washingand dewatering pass stable. need not base, adope import seal washer. good to sealing up. it had feeding equipment. modelling beautiful, strong and durable

本文以北京地鐵八王墳車輛段地上超大結構（車輛段大平臺及其上的小區樓房）及其地基基礎為研究對象，在研究和分析有關資料的基礎上，用快速拉格朗日有限差分法軟體flac建立了二維數值分析模型，並以列車振動加速度時程作為模型輸入，進行了地基?樁基礎?地上結構的整體動力學分析，分析了地鐵列車運行產生的振動在地面的傳播規律及其對地上結構的影響，得到了如下結論： （ 1 ）隨著與地鐵線路距離的增大，地面的振動強度有減小的趨勢； （ 2 ）地面豎直方向的振動強度較之水平方向的略大； （ 3 ）隨著與振源距離的增大，在水平方向上，地上各幢樓房的振動強度由底層和頂層的最大、中間層的最小逐漸過渡到沿樓層增高而減小； （ 4 ）在豎直方向上，每幢樓各層端點的振動速度、加速度完全相同，表明樓房各層在豎直方向上的運動狀態一致； （ 5 ）各幢樓房豎直方向的振動強度比水平方向的大； （ 6 ）增加軌道彈性是減輕地面和地上建築振動的有效途徑。分享友人
