摘要分別從超濾管用於酶解酪蛋白測定的可行性、不同規格超濾管對酶解酪蛋白測定的影響、酶解酪蛋白的適宜添加量、酶解酪蛋白應用的動物試驗步驟以及酶解酪蛋白測定效果等方面，對酶解酪蛋白方法測定豬回腸內源性氨基酸排泄量進行了綜述。
