針對三軸軸系既非甲板坐標系又非大地坐標系的特點，既研究了船搖對正交三軸雷達系統的影響，推導實現船搖不變性的補償條件，又研究了將目標在大地坐標系中的線速度和線加速度濾波值折算到各軸對應的角速度和角加速度值的計算關系，並作出了計算機功能框圖。
