結果： （ 1 ）分別測得了大鼠腦脊液、脊髓灌流液和脊髓背部組織提取液中單胺類遞質及其代謝產物的含量； （ 2 ）在大鼠脊髓背部組織中同時含有5 -羥色胺、去甲腎上腺素和多巴胺，但在脊髓灌流液和腦脊液中只能檢測到去甲腎上腺素，部分樣品中能測到多巴胺； （ 3 ）遞質代謝產物在腦脊液和脊髓灌流液中的含量均高於其對應的遞質。
