    本文首先對肥沃土壤與經溫焚燒后的貧瘠土壤中的微藻數量、土壤ph值、有機質含量、有效磷含量和全氮量進行比較研究,然後將包含微藻的綠化圃地肥土按不同比例接種進入貧瘠土樣中,分別在光照件和黑暗件下進行培養,在0天、 30天、 60天和90天分別檢測以上指標,比較有光件和無光件下,即有藻件和無藻件下貧瘠土樣所發生的變化,分別對微藻數量的變化與土壤ph值、有機質含量、有效磷含量和全氮量的變化之間做相關性分析,以評估肥沃土壤中的微藻接種進入貧瘠土壤后的生長情況以及對貧瘠土壤的改良作用。研究結果表明: ( 1 )土壤微藻對環境有較強的適應能力,光照對其分佈起了決定性的作用。
