    文摘:提出壓電諧振濾波器不能很好地濾除諧波的問題,結合一個具體例子理論推導了壓電諧振濾波器存在許多干擾諧振率,從而不能有效濾除一些特定率的干擾信號.為了解決這個問題,提出一種改進型的靜電激勵諧振濾波器.為了說明其可行性,具體分析了改進型雙固支微梁靜電激勵諧振濾波器,理論推導證實基於雙固支微梁的各階振型正交的原理,通過適當調整激振電容的間距,雙固支微梁的階振動模態受到很好的,因此這種諧振濾波器可以有效阻止濾波器中心率的諧波的通過
