    本文針對魚雷總體設計中目前存在的兩個突出技術難題： （ 1 ）缺乏能夠全面反映魚雷總體設計性能的指標（ 2 ）對魚雷總體設計中各部分組成、各學科間的耦合關系，沒有合適的分析和求解方法在原魚雷總體設計理論和方法的基礎上，引進了作戰效能、壽命周期費用、風險和研製周期的概念，來全面反映魚雷設計的性能、經濟性、風險性和時間性等指標；在優化設計中，採用多學科設計優化方法作為優化演算法，構建了一種新的魚雷總體綜合設計方法。
