    方法:通過給予大飲用3氯化鈉或提高培養基滲透壓濃度的方法復制高滲刺激模型,主要採用fos 、膠質纖維酸性蛋白( gfap )和酪氨酸羥化酶( th ) (或加壓素? vp )免疫組織化學多重染色、免疫電鏡、 wga - hrp束路追蹤結合免疫組織化學多重染色、細胞培養等實驗方法,系統觀察了中樞參與滲透壓反射的調控部位、下丘視上核( son )神經元? ast超微結構的變化、延髓內臟帶( mvz )和son及下丘室旁核( pvn )之間往返投射通路和神經元的性質及其與ast的關系、培養神經元和ast內鈣波的變化。

    本研究利用生化毒理學技術研究了不同濃度二氧化硫吸入( 22 2mg m ~ 3 , 64 3mg m ~ 3 , 148 23mg m ~ 3 )對純系昆明小、肺、心、肝、腎、脾六種組織的谷胱甘肽還酶( glutathionereductase , gred ) 、谷胱甘肽硫轉移酶( glutathiones - transferase , gst )和葡萄糖- 6 -磷酸脫氫酶( glucose6 - phosphmedehydrogenase , g6pd )活性的影響,結果表明so _ 2吸入使小不同組織的谷胱甘肽氧化還系統發生了改變,表現為隨著so _ 2吸入濃度的增加,該系統中的氧化酶活性的顯著變化和氧化物質水平的顯著降低,且存在著組織差異性。
