    結果顯示: ( 1 )人精子mr能夠誘發去透明帶金黃地鼠卵母細胞中皮質顆粒的胞吐,並引起卵母細胞膜表面微絨毛形態和數量發生改變; ( 2 )皮質顆粒胞吐后,其內容物可結合到卵膜表面; ( 3 )抗mr抗血清預處理精子可抑制精子與卵子的結合與融合,使受精率、穿透指數和結合指數下降,並均有劑量依賴性。以上結果提示,人精子mr在受精過程中起重要作用,其主要作用可能是介導精-卵膜融合併促進卵母細胞的活化。
